Summary A package from Lola arrives at the hospital: it's a dog called Raimundo. At first, nobody wants him, but later, everybody does. Rai, deeply depressed, declines the option of having some days off and prefers to work and keep busy to try to forget the loss of his lover. Finally he claims the dog. Fernando seems to have decided to give up his grandson for adoption, but finally Carlos influences him to change his mind. Mónica confesses to Diego and Raúl that her marriage to Javier is not going well and she had been about to leave him when he had the plane accident, but later it was Javier who left their home. The SAMUR team has received several false-alarm calls; in one of them, a boy has painted the ambulance with a graffiti. Javier doesn't agree with the distribution of the shifts that Maca has done because he believes that she is overloading the doctors with work, while the pediatrician continues to feel unwell and has a dizzy spell in front of Sotomayor. Later, Carlos tries again to talk with Maca and help her, but she denies having a problem. Mayarí comes to the hospital with food poisoning and Alicia attends her; certain tension arises among them. Maca offers Claudia some days off and she decides to fly out to visit Aimé in Marseille. Vero, who is Rai's main support, tells him that she is going out with a new friend, but he thinks that she must reunite with Maca.
