Summary Vilches is back at hospital and all his partners welcome him back. Héctor tells Rai that Vilches is a new doctor and he shows him the hospital. An administrative mistake lists Héctor as deceased and a large bouquet of flowers arrives at the hospital. Javier and Monica have decided that she will leave the SAMUR and begin to work as a nurse in Urgencias. Javier tells Raúl about that, but finally Mónica decides to stay in the SAMUR. Merche tells Carlos about her childhood with her abusive father and how the incident with Miguel made her remember it and how her father abused her mother as well, and she is suffering anxiety about it. Alicia's boyfriend Borja breaks up with her for another nurse at the hospital; she goes to a party, drinks, and finishes the night at Vilches' house with his son Guillermo. Isabel offers Maca the direction of Urgencias. Esther wishes she wouldn't accept because she wants to spend more time together, but Vero believes that she should accept, and finally Maca does accept. Teresa's husband asks if they can renew their marriage vows, and she must prepare a speech for the celebration; when she reads a draft to Javier, he tells her that he's thinking of asking Mónica to marry him. Lola has been avoiding Aimé, but finally they talk about what happened between them. Aimé is already in love with Claudia.
