Summary Raúl's sister Marina is in a car accident with her son Lito; they're both fine but her alcohol level was high; Raúl now believes what his brother-in-law told him about Marina, so he talks with her. The new delegate from the Ministry of Health arrives to inaugurate the new unity of palliative care. She also offers Cruz the possibility of creating a management course in London for one month. Cruz wants Vilches and Dávila to go to the inauguration, but they don't attend. Héctor tells Gabriela he wants to have a baby with her, but she doesn't think it's a good idea; it might ruin their good life.
