Summary Dávila is seen at the hospital with a young girl and everybody tells Elisa to be careful because of his history with women, but the girl turns out to be his daughter Gabriela. Fran is worried about his brother Nacho's disappearance and shows a hard attitude with Eva while working together. Aimé doesn't want Mari Ángeles to be alone with their daughter Nuria because of her problems with alcohol. She doesn't agree with that, but then Aimé confirms that she's not recovered. Laura has returned to Spain and decides to stay with Javier and not to return to Boston. She has some good luck and Santiago gives her her place as Vilches' resident again. Andrea notices that Vilches is more serious than usual and he tells her the reason: he thinks that she has given him an STI (sexually-transmitted infection). Cristina is trying to give up tobacco, which is more difficult that she expected; meanwhile she tries to deal with a hypochondriac patient and Raúl helps her with his treatment. An important politician is checked into the hospital after taking drugs and suffering a heart attack. A journalist whose wife has given birth steals the politician's medical information. Rusti, who continues his relationship with Queca, is uncomfortable with Esther after her confession of being in love with him.
