Summary A few young men with a passion for motorbikes decide on a risky bet as a game. One of them has an accident, but in the hospital his mother doesn't want him to be operated on. Ana becomes convinced not to continue treating Rubén's disease and he ends up dying. She argues with Vilches and they break up. Cristina is confused about Hervás' attitude and questions whether or not he tried to harass her. Andrea's father is still in the hospital but he has depression and Vilches tells Andrew that the UVI is not the right place for him. Rubén tells Esther that he doesn't want to follow the treatment and Ana doesn't know what to do; she also feels badly because of her infidelity with Mario. The SAMUR team rides to the hospital with a beggar who leaves a sickening smell in the ambulance and Rusti cleans him up. Cristina, Elisa, and Ana attend a girl who has been raped, unaware that the rapist is also at the hospital--it's Javier's patient.
