Summary Cosmo finds a paper boat in The Marsh and starts having fun. Flutterby wishes to join him, but Cosmo refuses to let her join. Fultterby then decides to build her own boat and the two start competing and playing rough. Both of their boats are destroyed during the roughhousing.
