Summary As the Rangers have fun during a bicycle race, the town of Playville exceeds its energy consumption and the power grid breaks down. Most alarmingly, the ice cream factory has stopped making ice cream. Using teamwork, the Rangers determine that using bikes to generate a temporary source of power saves the ice cream factory until emergency repairs are made and the power grid is restored.
