Summary Part 1 SURPRISE. - It's Dil's birthday and Meep is in charge of organizing his party. However, Meep is overcome with anxiety about making it the best party ever - and ends up getting a lot of things mixed up. Part 2 PLASTIC PARANOIA - The normally dauntless Dil is terrorized by the persistent presence of a plastic bag. He turns to Rara for help but no matter how much she stamps on, squashes or outright tramples the bag, it keeps coming back. When the duo learn that being afraid of something only gives it power, they realize they need to first quell Dil's fear if they are ever to defeat the pollutant.
