Summary Sparkles is on her way home from Fairy camp. William decides he wants to make her welcome home carrot comet cakes with carrots from the veggie patch. But he forgot to tend to the veggie patch and he finds it overgrown with vines and the scarecrow on the ground. William has to try and keep the birds away, so he becomes a scarecrow, whilst getting rid of the all tangly vines before Sparkles gets back.
