Summary Bob crashes with a balloon right into the Irie volcano, strangely enough the home of the Volcagnomes, a tribe of small people. He discovers that they have developed a high-tech system which gives them the power to observe everyone and direct the fate of the island. Back on the beach, Bob's friends just won't believe him and think it's all a big joke. Watching them from afar, the Volcanognomes are satisfied that their secret indeed will be kept forever.
