Summary The evil Witch Doctor, Hurakan, persuades three squid to dye the island blue. Hurakan wants to trick the inhabitants into believing that he alone can save the island, hoping that he will be elected Chief of the Wampas. Our friends turn to the giant Octupus Kala-Moo for help, and together they once again foil Hurakan's fiendish plans.
