Summary Rudi and Trudi are flying through the sky but they can't see anything as they are surrounded by smog. Suddenly Rudi spies a huge metal tower in the distance and the pair crash land in to it. They pair find themselves in the middle of a huge metal world peopled by robots. They meet a friendly robot called X02 who explains that Roboworld is suffering from a lack of "zyte". Now that the sun has been obscured by the smog all the robots need a special crystal called zyte to make them work and the zyte is running out. It seems that something is not quite right and Rudi and Trudi go to investigate.
