Summary Mr. Bad presents his new Weather Control Machine to Appliance but finds it only causes a very small effect. At School the Mayor's Mother arrives in the middle of his speech and orders him to give her a tour to prove that the town is nice. Mr. Bad sees this as an opportunity to terrorise Crumptonville and takes his weather machine to the TV station to broadcast its effects over a larger area. The Superchums offer to show the Mayor's Mother around the city and take her to the lake which is evaporated by Mr. Bad's intense sunshine. Eric suggests a picnic instead and Mr. Bad makes it rain cats and dogs causing an allergic reaction in the Mother. Finally the Superchums visit the Crumptonville Windmill, but Mr. Bad drops his moustache into the Weather Machine and tries to retrieve it with a vacuum cleaner. This creates a tornado which rips off the Windmill's sails taking the tour party to the beach. The Mayor's Mother is delighted.
