Summary The Superchums manage to lose the bulldozer they are supposed to be guarding, and so are given an F grade by the Roving Eye. Mr. Bad has stolen the bulldozer to push Crumptonville off the edge of the world, but is disappointed to learn the Earth is not flat. Mr. Bad vows to shave the Earth into a square in order to push Crumptonville off the edge, and is missing enough metal the size of Brass Butt's butt to build a shaver. Brass Butt awakens to find his metal butt has been stolen, thus losing his superhero power. Changerella gnaws him a wooden butt replacement. Back at the school the metal lockers are missing so the Superchums hunt down the cause, just as Mr. Bad starts his giant shaver to wreak havoc. Brass Butt throws his wooden butt but fails to stop the shaver. Brass Butt retrieves his brass butt from the shaver causing it to be permanently switched 'on' and dig into the ground. The shaver creates a volcanic eruption which the Superchums successfully plug. Mr. Bad is outraged and dislodges the plug encrusting himself in lava.
