The contestants go to desperate and disgusting measures to drop the pounds, from pills, to exercise, to saunas, to liposuction. Meanwhile Ray has gone into hiding from Dr. D, because of unpaid gambling debts. All bets are off when the contestants step on the scale for the big "Weigh In" finale!
