Summary Yuko is the young daughter of the rich Kataoka family and her father has just passed away, leaving her the family riches. There is now rumors of a "hit" on Yuko from a close member of her family but she refuses to be near any man for protection for she was nearly kidnapped when she was a little girl by two men. Luckily she was saved by a "knight" in shining armor that happens to look a lot like Ryo. Ryo is therefore hired to act as her teacher and protect her for he resembles the one and only man Yuko will trust.
