Summary Dander's owner-lady leaves to shop for a surprise visit - the President is coming that afternoon! Unfortunately, Dine and Dash drop by, decide to throw a party and invite all their pals to Dander's house. Now Dander has to get rid of them before the President arrives. After a cyclone passes Dander and Yawp, they find that a baby carriage has been blown into a tree. Although it's only a talking doll inside, our naïve heroes think it's a real baby, and are determined to help get it home.
