Summary Mr. Anthony is holding a music class. Jimmy, who is playing the drums, can't help but be overexcited, he in the process only being able to play loud and fast. In trying to calm Jimmy down, Mr. Anthony shows him how to do the seaweed sway, which helps but doesn't stop him from wanting to play the drums too loud or too fast. So Mr. Anthony tells Jimmy a Napkin Man story when he helped a merman friend named Neo be a little less eager, he who always wanted to do his multi-flips in the mermaid/merman show, which only he could do, even in the joint merdance where everyone was supposed to be synchronized.
