Summary The IMF knows that within 72 hours, drug smuggler and distributor Carl Reid plans to bring the largest shipment of cocaine ever into the U.S. To learn what Reid's plans are for getting the cocaine into the country, the IMF tries to convince Reid's lieutenant, Joseph Conrad, that they've created a machine that can create pure cocaine synthetically.
