Summary Tessie wants to beat Mr Wobbly Man in the Cakey Bake competition. Lindy and Tessie help her make fairy cakes using Lindy's fairy baking powder which makes cakes extra light. Bumpy accidentally knocks the whole bottle of fairy baking powder into the mix and the cakes are so light, they make the judges float up into the sky! Noddy brings them down to earthy and gives them some of Mr Wobbly Man's heavier cake as ballast. Tessie and Wobbly Man are joint winners and decide they'll join forces next year.
