Summary Frustrated with the Goblins spoiling their game, Lindy does magic on Sly to make him like playing. The Goblins join in but Sly plays horribly, accusing Noddy of cheating and then cheating himself. Lindy can't take the magic off by herself so asks her sisters for help. They think a playful Goblin sounds like a good idea and think the magic should stay. Meanwhile Sly's Goblin game Count and Shout is causing havoc in Toytown , So Noddy invents another game, 'Who can find the most horrible smell', to lure the Goblins to the Wood, where Lindy's sisters see for themselves just how annoying the playful Sly is and help turn him back to normal.
