Summary Sly gives Gobbo a test: Can he spoil the fun in Toytown on his own? But Gobbo has so much fun with Bumpy and Noddy that the funometer explodes. As Whiz and Lindy try and fix it, Gobbo goes off to try and cause some misery. Noddy re-unites him with the mended fun-o-meter and gets the town to pretend to be miserable so that Gobbo can pass his test.
