Summary Noddy plans a parade through Toytown but the goblins mix up the routes by turning round the arrows and the marchers all get separated all over town. Noddy takes to his helicopter and skywrites a drawing of an arrow to get the marchers back to the Jelly bowl. On the way they gather up the arrow changing Goblins who must now take part in the parade. Everyone arrives in the square marching and singing happily. The goblins can't stand it!
