Summary When professor Balthazar was a child he had a friend named Horatio. Horatio loved music and became a famous conductor. Unfortunately Horatio is disgraced when he drops his pants in public. Professor Balthazar saves him from a career as a chimney sweeper when he invents elastic suspenders. When Horatio falls off from a chimney, he accidentally invents bungee jumping which becomes a worldwide phenomenon.
