Summary Charli wants to get a present for her friend Jay's new baby, Nancy. They visit the toy shop on the way to meet Jay. Tinks has to guide Charli through the shop to the soft toy section, making sure that there's room for them to pass. Then, she needs to be on extra alert to help Charli pay for the gift so they can go and meet Jay and baby Nancy. Tinks finds a young toy expert to help Charli choose a present. But when they get to the counter, Charli discovers that she has lost her phone. Tinks summons all her superpowers and big dog energy to race around the whole shop looking for it.
