Summary Seeing Eye Stinky Jumpy has a show, but she forgot to put up her billboard, so Stinky and Dirty volunteer and while they are getting billboard Dirty gets an inner tube stuck on his head. Stinky tries to lead Dirty by having him follow the smell of his trash. Now it's time to hang the billboard, but Dirty still can't see anything. Dirty tries to put it up, but misses the billboard hooks. Stinky offers to put up the billboard, but he doesn't have a long shovel-arm like Dirty, so Dirty asks Stinky to direct his movements. The plan fails because Dirty can't hold onto Stinky and the billboard at the same time. Dirty tries a think-draw but he can't see what he's drawing in the dirt, but Stinky directs him by playing hot-and-cold. Dirty suggests that Stinky use the same method to direct him to the billboard post. After struggling with the billboard for a bit, Stinky finally is able to successfully direct Dirty. Rover All Over Stinky and Dirty babysit Rover for the day while Spacy goes on a mission to orbit the moon. If they give Rover treats, he will do tricks. An overexcited Rover runs away from Stinky and Dirty, and when they catch him, they use Stinky's rope to make a leash. Rover leads Stinky and Dirty onto an open-air construction lift, which closes behind them. Stinky, Dirty, and Rover go up the lift, pretending to blast off like Spacey. At the top, the gate opens and Rover rushes out onto the top level, followed by Stinky and Dirty. They can keep an eye on Rover up there, but Rover gets back on the lift and goes down, leaving Stinky and Dirty stranded. They brainstorm ways they can reach Rover. They build a makeshift drawbridge to lower down through the hole in the floor. Just as they get to Rover, he gets back in the lift. They realize that they can use the tricks Spacey taught Rover to get him to bring the lift back! They throw him a treat and have him "high tire" the button, and the lift returns to Stinky and Dirty, who bring Rover back to Spacey.
