Summary A Sweepy Surprise Stinky, Dirty, and their friends are setting up a surprise party for Sweepy. He's won the "Keep Go City Clean" award! The party is ready, everyone's ready to yell "surprise." But Sweepy hasn't yet arrived, so Stinky and Dirty volunteer to go find him. They find Sweepy and he follows them, but then starts cleaning up a pile of leaves which lead him in another direction. Stinky lures him back, dropping trash from his hopper towards the party. They get back to the party, but when they turn around, Sweepy is gone! They find him focused on a sticky piece of trash. It gives way, and he continues to follow. Until Chopper blows the trash in the opposite direction of the party! Stinky and Dirty lay out heavy bricks to the party so that they can't blow away. Stinky and Dirty brainstorm. They realize that they can lure Sweepy to the party by using a hook with trash on it as a fishing pole. Sweepy follow and arrives at his surprise party! Radio Free Stinky Stinky is looking for missing trash cans and Dirty offers to help! They can't find them down below, so they go up the hill where they can see. When they spot a can, they race down the hill, but still can't find it. Dirty suggests that he guide him from high up. Dirty yells out hot and cold to lead Stinky to find the can! They continue to play but eventually Stinky gets out of earshot and can't hear Dirty's directions. Back up the hill they build an old school tin can telephone out of items from Stinky's hopper, but the line doesn't reach far enough and snaps. Tall, Haul, and Sweepy arrive consecutively and Dirty asks them to go bring Stinky the message, but they don't remember what Dirty said! Dirty wants to make a megaphone out of Stinky's trash to continue hot and cold, but instead opts for holding up a cooler and a bottle of hot sauce as signals. Stinky quickly figures out that Dirty is playing hot and cold - and following Dirty's sign language, it doesn't take long for Stinky to locate the final can.
