Summary In the 90s, Chapin was home to a local run video store called, The Video Rack. However in the early 2000s the store closed its doors and was physically moved onto the owners property. The owner also happens to be a relative of mine so we decided to go drop by the store and see what remained. Sad to say, nature had decided to reclaim the store for itself.
