A young soldier explain the hard and strong life of the San Marco Regiment (Italian: Reggimento San Marco), located in Brindisi. The marines of the Italian Navy are shown in training, action and war.

A team of scuba divers travels to the Solomon Islands in the South Pacific to dive the wreck of the USS Atlanta, which was destroyed and sunk in the Naval Battle of Guadalcanal during WWII. The story of the diving expedition is interweaved with accounts by USS Atlanta veterans, historians, and archival footage and photographs.

From her Monastery at the Syrian-Lebanese boarder Mother Badess Agnes, along with monks and nuns from different continents (Middle-East, Europe, North and South America), faces the effects of the war in Syria. Bringing aid through roads controlled by ISIS as for a 'quest' the journey becomes an exploration of the human condition in times of war. The arrival will be in Rome.
