Summary Dr. Frankenbeans returns to Hillhurst to repair young Frankenbeans' defective brain and turns him into a genius! Unfortunately however, he has lost his heart and soul in the process. Not only that, Vexor has the BeetleBorgs so busy that their alter-egos are falling behind in their schoolwork. But when Frankenbeans gets hit in the head and returns to his old self, he and the gang help the kids study for a big test. The kids make the grade and Vexor is put to rest, again.
