When Trip suggests they rehearse at Hillhurst, the house monsters give chase and the band takes shelter in the Stone Tunnel. The band later hears the house monsters playing their instruments, realize it's the sound they've been looking for and with Flabber's help they recover their equipment and record a hit album.
