Summary Tomonori Michitani is in seventh heaven as he prosecutes an investigation of the Naruhu Comet's arrival after its thirty year journey around the solar system, oblivious to the fact that he has attracted the attention of Dr. Scarecrow, who plans to wield him in his next attempt to abduct Licca. Disguising himself as the missing Professor Kanga Kurou, Dr. Scarecrow begins his operation in earnest by capitalizing on Tomonori's ambivalence about having to exclusively decide for science or his friends, which leaves behind a lot of collateral damage that quickly brings things to a head.
