Summary The group goes to settle the terms of a job offer from Gwen, and with a mix of confusion, violence and condescension talk her around to a better deal than she offered originally. Gwen is unhappy when she leaves the bar, and on the way back to her ship Dirty Hank gives a "we're unlikely to murder you" pep talk. The next morning, discovering that Trislyn is still missing, Dirty Hank hears from Hadal who has apparently "taken her below" and will return her at whim. The group set sail, and come across a mysterious ship in an arcane fog, covered in sentient rats. They do battle, and after a tense stand off between Addi and Gwen, vote to sail away on the Horned Bitch while Gwen is investigating the rat ship, leaving her to die.
