Summary Rookie seeks shelter from raindrops and thunder in a cave under a tree's roots. Inside, he hears a strange noise and realizes it's a fox screaming. Rookie quietly backs out of the cave but runs into Mama Fox, who growls at him. He moves aside, allowing Mama Fox to enter the cave and return outside with a little fox by her side. Suddenly, a lightning strike sets the tree on fire. Rookie uses a water hose from his robotic arm to extinguish it quickly. Grateful, the foxes join Rookie to look at a beautiful rainbow.
