Summary Wing Commander Julius Rogue is on hand to assist a deposed African Princess escape her home country of Baconga now ruled by the dictator Colonel M'Tusi. He flies her back to Rogue's Rock where he devises a plan to weaken the grip of the Colonel by flooding the country with propaganda leaflets and fake Bacongan banknotes. Meanwhile two Chinese spies in league with Colonel M'Tusi are sent in to retrieve royal regalia the Princess took with her.
