On the only Pacific island untouched by and unaware of World-War-Two, American beachcombers Tommy (Allan Jones) and Eddie Dolan (Andy Devine) sell off Paradise Island to American millionaire Holton (Ernest Truex) who has a daughter, Joan (Jane Frazee), ready to fall in love with Tommy. None of this sets too well with the island natives.

Four friends want to explore the basement of their school but Miriam ,the go-between of the classroom ,listens to their plan.They are in trouble.

When Scooby and the gang return to Coolsville for Valentine's Day, they discover that teenagers are being kidnapped from lovers Lane -- and that they are the prime suspects. To make matters worse, shaggy learns that his former girlfriend is now dating JC Cheesez!

Charlie is hired to deliver a pearl necklace to a millionaire at his ranch. When murder intervenes he disguises himself as a Chinese servant and begins sleuthing.
