Summary Spirou, Fantasio and some other inhabitants of Champignac, including the Mayor, win a trip to Japan. While some people go sightseeing in the town, Spirou and Fantasio meet Yakito, the nephew of their friend Sushiaki. Yakito tells them that Sushiaki was kidnapped by strangers. They start to search for him together. In the process they bump into Marylin and her intrigues. She kidnapped Sushiaki, because she wants to know how the scream goes, which can paralyze other people. Marylin wants to build a robot army and her plan is to gain the power over the world. Spirou, Fantasio, Sushiaki and Yakito can stop her at the last second.
