Summary The heir of Lord Swimming Pool and Lady Victoria is kidnapped by two hoodlums in Spain. Fantasio tinkers with the on-board computer from Penelope when Spirou tells him the news and they leave immediately for Spain. Penelope goes crazy and scares the trio but they arrive save in Spain and take up the chase. The kidnapped heir is the Yorkshire-Terrier of the family. While one of the hoodlums tries to find a telephone for the ransom demand, the other hoodlum is walks the dog. On the beach the dog sees Spirou, Fantasio and Spip and he runs to them. The hoodlums take the dog and try to flee with Penelope. But Penelope is going crazy again and takes them straight to the police.
