Summary Halum made a giant mask to wear on "pohela boishakh." The mask was very scary and even frightened Halum when he looked in the mirror. Halum went outside and scared everyone that he met. Gunimoyra saw his tail and realized it was just Halum. Halum went to Ikri's place to scare her with his mask. Ikri wasn't afraid and sang a song with him. While dancing, Halum's mask fell off and he was revealed. Later on, in Ikri's World, the princess is sad because her favorite flower vase is broken. The prince of Talukrajjo came and beat his drums. The princess became happy and started dancing with the drum beats. Then we learn about Barik. Barik, an Orao (an ethnic group) boy helps his mother making a Kuthi (big clay jar made with the mixture of clay and wheat coir) for storing crops. They dry the jar and the cover in the sun. Barik likes it very much and store dried paddy in the jar.
