Summary Richard is wounded in the shoulder but he insists on returning to his own castle to enlist the aid of his soldiers. When he reaches his castle, the evil Queen's soldiers are waiting for him, and they would have killed him, but Jack saves him by diverting the soldiers' attention. Once again, Richard is obliged to leave Snow White to the care of the dwarfs, and also to Samson and Jack.
