Summary The furry monsters of Takalani Sesame visit a children's hospital with their friends, Biko and Manna, who are going to play a song on the hospital radio station. Using recycled objects they get from the Playbox, Elmo and Zuzu make a special gift for their new friends - a Chinese gong. When they need some help to figure it out they look to their friends Basma and Jad, and Bert and Ernie for some inspiration. All the muppets hop into Zikwe's taxi and deliver the gift, with loads of song, dance and learning through play along the way.
