Summary The lovable Takalani Sesame crew get a call from their human friends Mana and Biko to join them in singing to children who are patients at the Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital. Using recycled objects they get from the Playbox, Elmo and Zuzu make a special gift for their new friends - maracas. They get stuck along the way and look to Basma and Jad for inspiration to keep trying, and to Bert and Ernie for teamwork. Once the gift is ready, the muppets jump into Zikwe's taxi to visit their new friends and have fun singing, dancing and learning through play along the way.
