Summary Kurata's true ambition is the total annihilation of the Digimon race, and he intends to do it with the aid of his artificially made puppet Digimon, Gizumon AT. DATS and their Digimon partners fight back, but to no avail. But Marcus refuses to give up. Fed up with Marcus's stubbornness, Kurata digivolves Gizumon AT into its Ultimate level, Gizumon XT, to finish off the DATS team forever. As a dying act of courage, Merukimon sacrifices himself to teach Keenan that he needs to make peace between the two worlds, and he should live like a human, with the heart of a digimon. Taking Merukimon's words and the happy memories spent with his Digimon and human friends to heart, Keenan's DNA Charge explodes. This allows Falcomon to warp digivolve to his Ultimate level, Crowmon. He defeats Gizumon XT, but Kurata escapes yet again.
