Summary In a take on Dickens' 'A Christmas Carol', Paul is a miserly Victorian sweet shop owner, who bullies his brother Barry but has a change of heart when visited by the Ghost of Christmas Past. Barry decides to capitalise on this by dressing up as other ghosts in order to make Paul treat him more decently. Ultimately they become so benevolent to those less well off that they give everything in the shop away.
