Summary Paul's latest get rich quick scheme is to convert the Chuckle brothers' warehouse into a four star hotel. Their first customer is an exceedingly fussy young man and the brothers erroneously believe that he is a hotel inspector so they go out of their way to impress him. Needless to say he ends up getting anything but four star service but he does strike oil - literally!
