A troubled, lonely teen gets a new lease on life when he comes upon a group of selkies, mythical people with the power to change into seals.

Young Jim Hawkins, a pirate mouse named Hiccup, Dr. Livesey and Squire Trelawney hire a ship to find the legendary treasure of notorious late pirate Captain Flint. However, Flint's former crewmates plan to take over the ship.

"On Wheels" is a road movie, a coming of age drama, aimed at a young audience. Lucas, a 13-year-old boy, is wheelchair bound after suffering an accident. Laís, a 12-year-old girl, helps her mother selling breakfast at a truck stop, in the small town where they live. The girl would love to meet her father, a truck driver who left when she was a child and never returned. Laís and Lucas become friends in school, and when she finds out where her father lives, the two set off on a trip.

The favorite slave girl of a tyrannical sheik falls in love with a cloth merchant. Meanwhile, a hunchback clown suffers unrequited love for a traveling dancer who wants to join the harem.

A plane takes off from Peru (in a long, no-dialogue scene) in a storm with two passengers; it lands in Panama with one. The missing man had valuable oil location maps; everyone who is after them must deal with Dan Hammer - combination private eye, agent and con man who can fix anything for a fee. Nightclub singer Maxine is on Dan's side... or is she? The rest is lighthearted, white-suited tropical intrigue.
