Summary The new dog park is open, but something scares the puppies and they refuse to enter. The girls try different solutions: to lure the puppies inside with treats; perfume the park; behave like dogs; paint the park with various colors; but everything fails. Finally the girls realize that the puppies are scared of their new hats designed by Raspberry. Once Raspberry changes the decorations of the girls' hats, the puppies delightfully enter the park.
