Summary Plum invents a new dance for the dancing competition and persuades her friends to join. The dance proves to be too complicated and the rehearsals are exhausting, and that takes the fun of the whole thing. Soon Plum's friends are in no shape to perform. At Strawberry's suggestion, Plum asks the Berrykins to replace her friends. The Berrykins do not take the dance seriously, but Plum listens to Strawberry and lets them perform as they wish. Plum joins them, and they end up the winners much to everyone's joy.
