Summary On a bicycle-built-for-two Henry and Mr. Wilson race after Dennis, Margaret and Joey who have accidentally taken flight in Henry's newest invention, a dirigi-blimp. It's the men who need rescuing however, after pedaling over a cliff, disturbing a bear and hornets and ending in a swamp. Dennis and Henry enter a variety of contests at a father-son picnic. Despite the ruthless efforts of a crooked father-son team, the Mitchells triumph, winning the first prize trophy. Dennis and Ruff try to capture a backyard squirrel and fail hilariously. Dennis eventually decides it's not a wise idea to try and make a pet of a wild animal.
