Buxom spy Darla Crane is kidnapped by an enemy agent known only as "The Silent Man." How can she be rescued when her compatriot Calli Cox is held prisoner by an evil woman with a knack for bondage?

A bunch of adventurous kids and detective Tatar are dragged into a mysterious kidnapping case. They are helped by an ex-dacoit, Suleiman, in solving the case.

In the third, a newscaster interviews an expert about a string of crimes where the female victims are all tightly bound and gagged.
